Sports Tours to Dublin for Schools and Junior Teams
Dublin is a brilliant tour destination for coach tours from the UK which makes it ideal for large school groups with two or more teams or a club tour with parents and supporters. It's ideal for most sports groups as it's only 90 minutes by fast ferry to Dun Laoghire port. Once you're there, Dublin is just around the corner and you can get straight out into the city. Dublin is sports mad, and has alot of old charm, epitomised by the atmosphere in Landsdowne Road or Croke Park on match day. As you can imagine, watching sport here is a great spectacle, be it soccer or the more popular rugby or Gaelic football. You can be certain that your fixture will be just as challenging. Rugby tours, hockey tours and football tours to Ireland for schools and youth teams are our core sports tours to Ireland so it's a great destination for a multi-sports tour if you've got more than one sport or team.

There are plenty of great activities aimed at school groups and youth teams. See the city from the river on a cruise, or gaze over the river from one of the many restaurants on the banks. Dublin has a great mix of old and new, check out the shopping on fashionable Grafton Street, or learn about the infamous Irish historical troubles at the city prisons and museums like Dublina. Dublin comes alive when the sun goes down and the Irish sure know how to party! If you really want to see Dublin in full-flow, then go on tour over St Patricks day, the parades are incredible and the entire city is buzzing although accommodation prices are generally a lot higher on this weekend.
