San Marino Cup Football Tournament

The San Marino Cup is a world-renowned football tournament for boys and girls from over 15 countries. With 65 teams competing the tournament has a truely international feel to it and is set in the beautiful republic of San Marino in central Italy. If you are looking for a mini-World Cup join us in San Marino. The San Marino Cup will take place on the grass soccer grounds of the Republic of San Marino which is part of Italy. The Tournament HQ "CENTRO AZZURRO" is located close to the Olympic Football Stadium where the opening ceremony will be held and the finals of the competition.

Boys

Category A: born on/after 1999
Category B: born on/after 1997
Category C: born on/after 1995
Category D: born on/after 1993
Category E: born on/after 1991
Category A: 2 halves of 15 minutes each
Category B & F: 2 halves of 20 minutes each
Category C & G: 2 halves of 25 minutes each
Category D - E - H - I: 2 halves of 30 minutes each

Girls

Category F: born on/after 1996
Category G: born on/after 1994
Category H: born on/after 1991
Category I: Women: open age

PLAYING TIMES

Categories A: 2 halves of 15 minutes each
Categories B - F: 2 halves of 20 minutes each
Categories C - G: 2 halves of 25 minutes each
Categories D - E - H - I: 2 halves of 30 minutes each

NOTES

Note 1: maximum 3 overage players are allowed to play at the same time during a game
Note 2: flying substitutions are not allowed
Note 3: players replaced during the game cannot re-enter during the same match
Note 4: maximum 24 players can be listed per team
Note 5: maximum 7 substitutions are allowed per game per team

Itinerary

DAY 1 - Teams arrival and check-in.
DAY 2 - Qualification games start. Great Opening Ceremony in evening.
DAY 3 - Qualification games: Free evening
DAY 4 - Last qualification games or quarterfinals. Evening tournament show.
DAY 5 - Semi-finals. Evening tournament Disco.
DAY 6 - Finals. Prize-giving Ceremony with medals and trophies.
DAY 7 - Teams departure.

We use a great range of accommodation options in San Marino whether you want to stay in the city centre or one of our excellent sports facilities on the outskirts of the city, detailed accommodation information will be given with each new itinerary.

Travel

Nearest airports: Rimini, Florence, Bologna, Ancona

Coach Travel: Coach travel to takes around 22 hours from Calais after the ferry. Travel overnight, during the day or stop off en route to break the journey up.
