Argentina Vets Rugby Tournament
The Argentina Oldies Rugby Festival is a brilliant social XV's rugby tournament for mens veterans teams, representative teams and social group teams. Last year teams represented Canada, Czech Republic, Japan, UK and the Argentine cities of Mar del Plata , Cordoba and Buenos Aires. Argentina is a once-in-a-lifetime tour destination with fantastic cities, excellent food, an unbeatable cultural variety and entertainment for everyone. The tournament is held in Mar del Plata, one of Argentina's main cities close to Buenos AIres with wonderful beaches, architecture and nightlife.
The tournament is held over 3 days and after each day the tournament participants all meet up in La Llorona, the official tournament pub to watch the highlights on wide screen with a beer in hand. The festival finishes with a ranch style BBQ with plenty of food and drink to go round. There is also a golf tournament for rugby players in a competition between forwards and backs.
Of course you don't have to represent a club, you can simply bring some old team-mates or friends to come and enjoy the tournament. We can also combine the tournament with a longer trip to Argentina so during your rugby tour to Argentina you can also visit Buenos Aires, Cordoba, Rosario, Iguassu Falls or fly on to Rio di Janeiro in Brazil.

Flights: Flights to Argentina are available into Buenos Aires from several UK airports so for more information contact the Tours 4 Sport office. Flights are normally released 11 months in advance.
Accommodation
Accommodation for the tournament ranges from 2* to 4* hotels. If you have a preference then we can arrange it for you. Detailed accommodation information will be given with each new tour itinerary.
