Vet-er-aan Vets Hockey Tournament in Leusden, Holland

WANTED: sociable veterans teams (mens, womens and mixed)

The Vet-er-ann Hockey Tournament is one of the most popular veterans hockey tournaments held annually in the third weekend in June. With Mens, Womens and Mixed veterans hockey it's a social affair with plenty of good hockey and late entertainment. You can choose to camp on site or alternatively stay in a hotel nearby. Utrecht is only 20 minutes away if you want some city action.

There are 3 normal grass pitches and 2 astro turf. The tournament starts on Friday when teams are welcomed at 5.00 pm meeting. Later in the evening a disco tent will be in full swing and the partying carries on over the weekend until Monday morning or Sunday evening when it's time to pack your bags and look forward to next year.

Coach Travel: Coach travel to Utrecht takes around 5 hours from Calais after the ferry. If you're travelling from Northern UK then travel overnight, during the day or stop off en route to break the journey up.

Accommodation

Accommodation for the tournament ranges from camping at the tournament venue to hostels right the way to 4* hotels. If you have a preference then we can arrange it for you. Detailed accommodation information will be given with each new tour itinerary.
