 How do i know my tour money is safe? This is a very important question for any sports team looking to go on tour, before you look into a sports tour with another company please ensure that they comply with the package travel regulations and that your flights are ATOL protected. Tours 4 Sport is part of Tours4 ltd, a fully insured tour operator. We are retail agents for ATOL holders and In accordance with the package travel, package tours regulations  1992 all passengers booking with Tours4 ltd are fully insured for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Tours4 ltd. A certificate detailing this cover will be given to each and every passenger as evidence of cover. Please ensure that you have been given the appropriate certificate at the time of booking. This insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through IGI Insurance Company Limited.

Can we get sports travel insurance through Tours 4 Sport? We prefer all of our sports tourists to book their insurance through us as it gives us piece of mind and is alot less hassle for you, the tour organiser. We understand that people often already have annual travel insurance but it is advisable to check whether or not these policies cover the sports you are going to play.
