Friday to Sunday or Friday to Tuesday packages available with flights starting at £50 per person. No Thursday or Monday flights available so a 2 night or 4 night package is ideal. What?
From January to late March every year, cricket teams from all over the world descend on Estonia’s beautiful capital city, Tallinn to play Ice Cricket on the ice covering Lake Harku or even on two ice rinks in an old Soviet Missile Factory. The wicket is carved out of the ice, the boundary marked out to keep bemused locals off the pitch and you use a windball.
Bring your spikes to give you as much grip as possible but whatever you're wearing you'll end up looking like Bambi on Ice at some point. It’s a great chance to play social cricket with a difference, in one of the most incredible cities in Europe. At Tours 4 Sport, we work with the Estonian National Cricket Association to ensure the smooth running of all of our Ice Cricket tours so that everyone has a great time.
Where?
Tallinn, the capital city of Estonia and the home of Ice Cricket. Matches can be played on the frozen lake Harku, the Baltic Sea or in an old Soviet Missile Factory on two ice rinks depending on the snowfall. We use a great range of hotels that are right in Tallinn's medieval Old town, close to bars and clubs like Stereo bar, Nimeta sports bar, Hollywoods Nightclub and many more.
