Edinburgh Sports Tours

Edinburgh is one of our most popular UK destinations for rugby and football teams from the UK and abroad but hockey and cricket are also popular too and there are some first class sports venues to play at. We have some excellent links with rugby clubs in Edinburgh who help us to organise training camps, friendly tours and tournaments that can cater for all ages and abilities. Rugby is their greatest passion in Scotland and we can arrange for you to play on the ground where England and Scotland first played. A tour of the national rugby stadium, Murrayfield is also an excellent addition to any Edinburgh sports tour. Hockey, Football and Cricket are also played here and are available most of the year although the weather is always better from May to September.

The city itself is a mix of towering old townhouses, monuments and bridges with the castle overlooking the whole city. The Museums and traditional Scottish shops will have enough to keep everyone entertained. Shopping on Princes Street is great with hundreds of big name shops and 3 large shopping centres to choose from. On a night out start off on the Royal mile a the Bank Hotel which is an old Bank converted into a brilliant new sports bar. There are plenty of bars and restaurants just off the Royal Mile leading down to the Cathedral. Whistle Binkies is a great live music venue but if you're after clubbing then try Rush on Blackfriars or any of the venues near the Royal mile.
