The high regard that the region holds for rugby union is symbolised by the location of the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff. The magnificent arena is at the heart of the city. Events allowing, you can enjoy guided tours of the stadium including the players changing rooms, experience the pre-match roar as the players leave the tunnel onto the pitch. Sports aside, Cardiff and the South of Wales in general have plenty to offer visiting groups. The city is enjoyable for youth and adult groups alike, with plenty of places to eat, drink, see and visit.  The city is surprisingly small, meaning you can get your bearings quickly, and easily walk around town. The old docklands, now transformed into the excellent Cardiff Bay development, is a haven for touring groups. Adults will prefer the many bars and restaurants on quays or back in the city centre.

It’s an attractive city, and so just wandering around and taking refreshments en-route could suit you. Other ways to see the city would be on a river cruise or open bus tour, all of which we can arrange. Other enjoyable visits are the Cardiff Castle, the Millennium Centre, a vibrant home of performing arts, the free-entry National Museum, or the popular Doctor Who exhibition back at the Red Dragon centre.
