Lisbon is one of Europe’s most attractive capital cities. The quaint, narrow streets lined with relaxed cafés provide the perfect spot to relax, have a beer and let the world go by. Take the famous old trams through the city to see the historic buildings, or to get to one of the 50 plus museums across the city. At night the place comes to life, with most clubs open till 6am, there are some great relaxed bars in the city but if you prefer something livelier then the dance clubs and 'gentlemans clubs should get your heart racing. Rugby is strong in the area, demonstrated by the recent success of the Portuguese rugby team. Football is their main sport though whether watching their beloved Sporting or playing in the streets and on the local facilities.
