No visit to Rome would be complete without a visit to the home of the Catholic Church at the Vatican City. At only 440 square metres in size, the Vatican City is the smallest country in the world. It is home to St Peter’s Square, the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel.

There are plenty of italian restaurants and excellent bars in the city centre and also along the banks of the river and the nightlife in Rome is superb. Start your night out at one of the bars along the river then make your way towards some of the mega-clubs close to the suburbs.
