Berlin has a thriving nightlife, with nightclubs on a larger scale than in the UK. The sprawling city is full of bars and clubs for you to spend your tour nights out and enjoy the local hospitality. In the south, Munich’s beer halls will also be an obvious attraction, especially during the famous Oktoberfest.
Beyond the cities you will find large forests, elegant castles, good wines, and the arterial Rhine, which can be enjoyed from one of the many boat trips offered. Football and Hockey are played to a very high standard throughout Germany but Rugby is also becoming more popular.
