Adult & University Company History

Tours 4 Sport was established back in 2005 by two sports-mad graduates; Daniel Smith and Sam Jennings. Both were looking to combine their passions for sport and travel when they graduated from university and were frustrated with the levels of service they had received from other sports tour operators. After 6 years of successful growth and national recognition as one of the best sports tour operators at the British Travel Awards in 2010 and 2011, Tours 4 Sport was acquired by Halsbury Travel in late 2011.

Tours 4 Sport is now the sports tours division of Halsbury Travel Ltd. We differ from other sports tours operators, as we are sports people, with a passion for travel too. With backgrounds in both playing and coaching ourselves, we specialise in good, honest advice on each destination or tournament. We pride ourselves on working closely with each group to provide tailor-made tours to suit their own, unique requirements. We will use our experience and knowledge to help you with all aspects of the planning and administration of your sports tour, from start to finish.

We are a dedicated team of sportsmen and women who help organise rugby tours, hockey tours, cricket tours, football tours and other sports tours for school and youth teams, and adult and university clubs of all ages and abilities. All our members of staff are actively involved in sports, either as players or coaches (or in several cases, both!).

We are committed to providing outstanding sports tours and excellent customer service to all of our groups. Whether you are planning your very first tour, or are a seasoned group leader, we are sure you will love the way we work, so get in touch today to find out what we can arrange for your group.

“Such a wonderful rugby tour to Paris. All the boys and adults had a truly memorable time. Everything from hotel, coach transfers and fixtures were spot on, we enjoyed amazing hospitality and even managed to bring home some trophies. We would be happy to plan future tours with you.”
